Design for print and the web

Matt Bellamy offers a number of specialist design services, from visual identities to one-off posters; from corporate websites to banner advertisements.

Matt is part of an informal network of freelancers. To meet client needs beyond design, he can call on senior associates from a range of communications disciplines.

Smartpass – visual identity

SmartPass launched a new concept in educational products four years ago. Phil Viner, Smartpass managing director, said: "We needed a visual identity that clearly communicated our offering to schools, retailers and the public. We were accepted for sale by WHSmith and Waterstones before our guides were released. Matt's design played a large part in our success. “Three years on, we've altered the shape and size of our packaging, yet the design is the same. This is because it's clear and strong and was developed to allow change.”
